Tanca del Conte
A 75 acres property in one of the wildest and most untouched parts of Sardinia. 2000 olive trees were planted following the European Community regulations for land regeneration. Later, a small and very secluded farmhouse was built with a swimming pool, terraced vegetable garden, and pathways through the still wild woodland. There are horses and donkey grazing, beehives producing special honey, but also wild animals like boars and foxes. Migratory birds stop here together with owls, barn owls, Bubulcus ibis and many other. The planting plan uses only native Mediterranean species, linking the different areas.
